Welcome to Athens for the 20th ESCRS Winter Meeting.
We are very pleased to be returning here after very successful meetings in 1999 and 2007, and to be once again joining with our colleagues from the Hellenic Society of Intraocular Implant and Refractive Surgery for this important event.The scientific programme continues to include an extended didactic programme, with courses in Basic Optics, Cataract, Refractive and Cornea.
We are also continuing our Young Ophthalmologists Programme on Friday morning, which proved such a success in recent years.
